My goal is to evoke Samasta – a Sanskrit word meaning wholeness or completeness– in my clients. I want to help my clients feel better in all aspects of the mind, body, and soul. I believe that massage and bodywork are powerful tools for promoting balance and overall wellness. I offer sessions from 30 minutes to 2 hours, each tailored to the client's needs using a customized blend of techniques including Swedish and Deep Tissue. If you’d like to set up an appointment you can do so online, by email, call or text.
